Meet our Founder, FRANK KECK

Frank began his professional speaking career in 1990. Zig Ziglar is among the speakers that inspired him to pursue his passion. Thanks to natural ability and fine-tuning while working at Dale Carnegie, Frank has become an expert at dealing with people.

His focus is on behavior change, whether on leadership, team- building, or culture shaping. Frank’s Driving Force in life is to help leaders overcome lack of clarity to engage synergistically and conquer new levels of success.


Frank has mastered his craft of leadership development by facilitating more than 10,000 hours over 20 years and more than 300 companies. He utilizes humor, encouraging audiences to be focused but not to take themselves too seriously, enjoying life while challenging themselves. He leaves audiences energized and enlightened with the skills to produce positive effects in their personal and professional lives.

Meet MELISSA WALDEN


Melissa Walden is a distinguished leader in organizational growth, research and evaluation, coaching, and process optimization with more than three decades of experience across industry, government, sponsored research, and higher education. Holding doctoral and master's degrees in education and human resource development from Texas A&M University, a bachelor's in engineering from the University of Alabama, and a graduate certificate in evidenced-based coaching from Fielding University, Melissa excels in identifying and fostering connections between people, ideas, and processes.


Throughout her professional journey, Melissa has focused on growing people, optimizing processes, and advancing organizations. She brings specific expertise in needs assessment, strategy formulation, mobilization efforts, coaching, professional development planning and execution, curriculum development, adult learning, and evaluation with a focus on return on investment. Melissa believes that most solutions are found within organizations, but solving these challenges frequently requires external support to unravel the path to progress. Through CoreBuild, Melissa partners with individuals and organizations, helping them navigate and thrive in dynamic environments by leveraging her unique blend of industrial engineering and social science knowledge.

Jessica Powell brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the CoreBuild team. Straight out of college, Jessica found herself at the Executive table, but 20 years ago, she was the Executive Assistant in those very boardrooms. A decade later, she co-founded companies in Chicago, mastering the art of motivating a bootstrapped group of visionaries to meaningfully work together.

While Jessica's leadership development facilitation skills continue to evolve, her innate ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels sets her apart.

Collaborating closely with Frank, Jessica's unwavering commitment to igniting joy and promoting alignment renders her an invaluable asset.

Jhoanna "Jhoey" Alvarez is a versatile professional with over a decade of experience in project management, marketing, and customer service. With a strong background in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos, she has developed a diverse skill set spanning multiple industries. Throughout her career, Jhoey has excelled in roles such as Senior Project Manager and Marketing Manager, consistently driving results and fostering team growth.

As the Creativity Technical Specialist at CoreBuild, Jhoey combines her technical knowledge with creative problem-solving to drive innovation and efficiency. Her expertise in digital marketing, and CRM continues to be a valuable asset in her current role.

Jhoey's positive mindset, passion for continuous learning, and adaptability make her an invaluable asset to CoreBuild.
