Hello, my name is Frank Keck. I worked with clients for years that seemed to live in reaction mode. Myself included. I spent more time than I care to admit, putting out fires, trying to rally the troops and motivate my people, to do the job they were hired to do. Frankly, I was overworked and bordering on burn out.

Trying to follow books doesn't help. Repeating yourself a thousand times doesn't help.

That is when I figured out how to stop the hamster wheel of reaction and turn reactionary teams into proactive, high performing, people first focused, production machines that allowed me, and other team leaders the time and energy to do the things they loved to do, conquer new levels of success and develop their people.

The results still amaze me. I have worked with more than 300 organizations to help them increase their productivity (from more than 25% -50%) immediately. To increase their employee morale and team engagement. We have seen a decrease in employee turnover and absenteeism (ranging from 20- 33%).
