What Is Culture Lab?
An intensive workplace culture accelerator program designed for small to medium sized business and startups to help strengthen organizations and prepare them for growth. A three-part series of workshops and concierge follow-up, Culture Lab gives you the tools you need to realize these benefits:

The Culture Lab Workshop
Here’s the transformational work you’ll do during the 90-day program:
Month One: Define Your Core
The initial focus of the Lab is on identifying your company’s unique core values and driving force. You’ll get new tools, practice to gain experience and shift your perspective. Weekly culture concierge calls will keep you on track, and a one-on-one development session will help you dive deeper.
Month Two: Activate Your Core
Next, you’ll learn to apply your core values and driving force to your organization’s day-to-day operations. You’ll use additional tools to embed your values and driving force into employee behaviors in your workplace. You’ll continue with weekly concierge calls and one-on-one development assistance.
Month Three: Strengthen Your Core
In our final month together, the focus shifts from the present to the future. You’ll practice with new tools to strengthen your workplace culture, engage more of your staff and reap the benefits of your newly energized organization. You’ll continue with weekly concierge calls and one-on-one development assistance
